A former American left- handed pitcher, Sandy Koufax who was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 30, 1935 played in the Major League Baseball with the Brooklyn/ Los Angeles Dodgers in his entire career from the seasons of 1955 to 1966.
Koufax was one of the outstanding players that the league had. He has climbed up the peak of his career, as he won numerous awards and honors. Koufax’s professional career started in the seasons of 1955.
